Home Stretch is a national advocacy campaign working to ensure young people leaving state care are supported until at least 21. Having secured commitments from every state and territory, it is now driving the next phase of reform through a corporate parenting approach, with a digital presence designed to elevate lived experience and inspire action.

The website was designed to reflect the campaign's updated branding, applying a consistent visual identity across every page while meeting accessibility standards for a national audience. A clean, considered UI brings clarity to complex policy content, while a user-centred UX approach focused on intuitive navigation and clear pathways guides visitors to the areas that matter most such as advocacy priorities, lived experience stories, and ways to support. An area of focus was ensuring clear calls to action throughout encouraging visitors to get involved by signing up, partnering or advocating for care leavers.
